Other School Problems Nuts and Bolts of Daily Operation
-->
The school problems we face on a daily basis transcend those of creating a good classroom atmosphere, dealing with parents and making sure the lunch money comes out right. Every student who sits in front of us potentially brings problems that can have serious consequences on the ability to learn the curricular material. Those problems can cover a broad spectrum of degrees of importance, from the amazingly trivial to the catastrophic. - boy friend or girl friend arguments
- growing drug or alcohol abuse
- dealing with divorce
- my cell phone battery died
- death of a family member
It's not just the students who might be dealing with other critical problems. Teachers are not immune to those supplemental, but very real, things that need to be confronted. - how do you deal with an incompetent boss?
- growing drug or alcohol abuse...even in a Christian faculty
- dealing with divorce...Christians aren't immune
- why won't they listen to us?

- death of a family member
Every single one of those kinds of problems can have life-changing repurcusions, and needs to be dealt with in a wise and appropriate manner.
